Pittsburgh City Workers, The Court And Mayor Are In For Long Day

The Mayor should think long and hard before firing those already on 5 day suspension for lying on employment applications...

Did anyone swear them in prior to signing applications?

I think not...

Research has indicated that the past practice of swearing in, was discontinued, after First Generation 'Costa' was asked to "put your right hand on the Bible', in Court.

NASA REMEMBERS WALTER CRONKITE

Copy and pasted Comments from The Pittsburgh Comet...Appropriately enough!

Apollo 11 lifted off 40 years ago today, taking Neil Armstrong and company to Moon...I remember watching first step several days later...A Great Day for 'Mankind'.

If first step were taken today, 40 years later it would not be politically correct to say 'Mankind'.It would read something like this:A Great Day for Men, Women, Gay, Transgender, Muslim, Jew, Christian, Atheist, Black, Non-White, Non-Married...and so on.

On this Day 40 years ago the world collectively held it’s breath...Nothing in the last 40 years (except Apollo 13, 'Houston We Have A Problem) can compare to uniting a people..earthlings.

The fallout technology from Space program has improved our lives...Stimulus money should be spent on programs that benefit all of Mankind. Not only the benefits of fallout technology but a sense of Worldly Being...Just a Monk wandering...

UNION THUGGERY IS: Employee Free Choice Act - Card Check

Knee breaking Unionism...died in the 60's and 70' with Hoffa and Kennedy's...

Kill the "Employee Free Choice Act- Card Check...

The following e-mail was sent to the President of The International Union of Boilermakers....

Union President Newton Jones, and Union Ilk, can not be in position of power to coerce membership in Unions that lack principles...

The Constitution as an act of exercising freedom..allows us to vote our conscience as citizens representing our interests (private). Unions are asking us to vote in public...that is job for Elected Officials... not Commoners.

PASTE EMAIL TO UNION PRESIDENT OF BOILERMAKERS INTERNATIONAL (NEWTON JONES):

My Name Is PGH MONK (blog name, Click Blue)

Latest entry on my Blog mentions you, U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter (D,PA)...and Alpark Terrace...

Your Pittsburgh People (Local 154) pale in comparison to deeds of Local Scoundrel, Andrew Carnegie.

May paste this letter and future letters on-line...

Block my email and I will post refusal on-line.

Sen. Specter, Responds To Alpark Terrace Concern (Really)

This is only Email I sent to Sen. Specter:

Sent June 6, 2009

Dear Sen. Specter,

You are the latest of a long list of Elected Officials to be contacted since The Boilermakers Local 154 purchased the Mobile Home Park in which I reside. The name of Pittsburgh's Oldest Mobile Community is Alpark Terrace.

Immediately after purchase Local 154 hired an attorney to compose and send a letter to all residents to 'vacate' by Sept. 30, 2009. There was never any attempt to negotiate any kind of settlement.

I was recently moved by comments of Supreme Court Nominee Sotomayor and similar remarks made by President Obama. Those remarks are contained in an email which is pasted below. (Against the Free Choice Act)

It is my hope that the President of the Boilermakers International, Newton Jones will intervene and insure that the financial harm inflicted on the residents of Alpark Terrace by Local 154 is minimized. I thought you should be included because of the possible political fallout or the opportunity to act as a peacemaker.

Truly

And, received Sen Specters reply today, July 13, 2009...over a month later. Does that mean someone in Congress actually reads their Emails? Proably not....

Subjet: Not Yunz

…Would liked to of helped you during your difficulties, but stimulus money is for banks, government and Real People facing Real Hardship…foreclosure on $500, 000.00 homes.

If you were Black instead of the White GOP Trash; living in ghetto instead of Trailer Park…I might have Congressman Doyle help you. Maybe you could sell your guns and quite giving so much to your Church…Pennsylvanians are such assholes. (tee hee, plays well in gay loving California)

But I’m feeling generous so I leave you with a song from my home State Hawaii… Aloha

I feel your pain...And The International Union Of Boilermakers Local 154's jingle in my pocket.

Unions are such good Democrats...the gift that just keeps on giving...

Your Buddy,

President Barack Obama

Departing Alpark Terrace: Pittsburghs Oldest Mobile Home Community

Spent 3 years here...great people fallen on hard times.

Signing as I depart, has been fabulous ride....nothing short of fantasy!

Mike Sez: In Reply To Alpark Feud With Boilmakers Local 154...

Thank you for contacting my office! As you can imagine, I receive thousands of e-mail messages every week, and that doesn’t include the junk e-mails that we all find annoying.

Because of this, I am only able to respond to constituents of Pennsylvania’s 14th District. While I can’t reply to every message, I will do my best to get back to you by regular mail. Therefore, it is important that I have your postal address.

Depending on the message, a phone number can be helpful, too. If you didn’t include this information with your original email, please feel free to send me a follow-up message.

In the meantime, I encourage you to visit my website at http://doyle.house.gov/ and to register to receive my electronic newsletter.Again, thank you for taking the time to contact me.

As your Representative in Congress, I hope that you will contact me regularly on issues that are of concern to you.

Please keep in touch.Sincerely,Congressman Mike Doyle (PA-14)

Congressman Doyle spends to much of OUR TIME, playing with his dick...

Boilermakers Union Local 154 Has Bookeeping Problems

Boilermakers Local 154 just can't get it right when it comes to billing residents of newly acquired property: Alpark Terrace, Pittsburgh's Oldest Mobile Home community.

Boilermakers are asking residents to write checks for lot rentals and utilities to the Boilermakers Building Fund....They are diverting money that they are obligated to use to maintain Alpark Terrace.

This money should used to install water meters on homes that are currently not being charged for water. They are not complying with ruling on water billing from previous owner, that originated in the PA Attorney Generals Office.

Money paid by residents is income for Boilermakers 154 and taxable under IRS code.

Escrow account will be established until Local 154 explains inaccuracy's in billing...

And, if not explained additional charges will be filed with PA State Attorney General Tom Corbett...
